Bradley, DeLaet Trade Jabs Ahead of Bruins/Canadiens Game 7
It’s not unlike Keegan Bradley to get himself into a debate on Twitter, but this time it’s super serious. Bradley, a rabid Boston sports fan and notorious for live tweeting Bruins hockey games, had a fun back-and-forth with Montreal Canadiens fans Graham DeLaet and his caddie, Jules Tudeau.

@Jules_Trudeau hahaha yes

In the end, DeLaet’s Canadiens took down Bradley’s Bruins, leaving the 2011 PGA champ silent on Twitter. Adding insult to injury, Luke Donald piled on a bit chasing this in-game tweet from Bradley with this gem:
Was going to tweet GGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGHHHHOOOOOOOMMMMEEEEE! But that’s just mean!! @Keegan_Bradley

Ah, trash talk. Just another reason why we love sports.

Suzann Pettersen Seeks Golf Injury Advice … From Tiger Woods
Suzann Pettersen is one of the top female golfers on the planet. Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer who ever lived (sorry, Jack). Along with being at the top of their games, Pettersen and Woods have one more thing in common: ailing backs.
With Pettersen trying to get into the best possible shape for the U.S. Women’s Open and Tiger just trying to make it back in time for the men’s Open, Pettersen turned to Woods for some advice about getting back to normal and how to play the legendary venue that will host both championships on back-to-back weeks in June.
Pettersen said in an interview with newsobserver.com that Tiger “knew the course really well but it had changed a lot since the last time he was there.”
Which is true. Though Tiger finished third in 1999 to Payne Stewart and Phil Mickelson, and runner-up to Michael Campbell in 2005, the course has gone through a major transformation at the hands of Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore since then.
Time will tell whether either of these legends will be ready in time, but it’s nice to see that no matter how good you are, there’s always someone else from whom you can learn.

Man vs. Golf: How Many Holes Can You Play In A Day?
It’s not uncommon for diehard golfers to try and play 36 holes in one Saturday afternoon, or to try and sneak in an extra couple holes here and there if it’s late and no one is watching. But that’s nothing compared to the marathon being offered up at one club. The Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Mich., has served up a challenge to golfers: Can you play 63 holes of golf in one day?
The package includes three rounds of championship golf and one round on Treetops Resort’s famous par-3 course. If you complete the challenge, you’ll be immortalized in the clubhouse with a plaque and rewarded with a special gift from the resort. The Man vs. Golf challenge starts at $149 and a room can be added to the package for an additional $89.
Because let’s face it — you’re going to want to spend the night after a day that long.

Rickie Fowler Takes the Wheel at AMG Driving Academy
Rickie Fowler grew up racing motocross, so it’s no surprise that he continues to have a need for speed. Fowler is going back to his racing roots this week at the AMG Driving Academy at Palm Beach International Raceway, where he’ll be driving some of Mercedes-Benz’s top-of-the-line performance models.
Fowler got behind the wheel with his dad, snapping a selfie in the driver’s seat while rocking a custom Oklahoma State Cowboys helmet. Read More
Charles Barkley Talks Trash at Regions Tradition Pro-Am
Sir Charles Barkley has one of the most unique golf swings on the planet and he’s not shy about putting it on display. After all, it’s probably easier to embrace his infamous stutter-swing and laugh about it, rather than try to change it.
Barkley was out on the course once again Wednesday, playing in the Regions Tradition Pro-Am at Shoal Creek with Fred Couples and Auburn men’s basketball head coach Bruce Pearl. The Regions Tradition tournament is one of five majors on the Champions Tour, which means Sir Charles is (kind of) playing in a major … but not really. Read More
Out Of Bounds
It’s not uncommon for guys in Major League Baseball to choose their walk-up music and have it be some hard-hitting, get-you-pumped-up metal song. Everyone in the league seems to have something from Metallica blaring when they step up to the plate. So when Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick needed a little pick-me-up before his at-bat against the Chicago White Sox, he obviously chose “Careless Whisper” by Wham … wait, what?
Clearly, Reddick wasn’t “unsure” of his music choice. I mean, I know he’s not a fool. He should just be careful because, because there’s no comfort in the truth and, and … OK, I’ll stop.
