Bubba Watson's New Sportscenter Commercials Are Lights Out

Bubba Watson recently returned to the state where he scored his first win on the PGA Tour (Connecticut) to shoot a couple new "This is SportsCenter" commercials. The goods are in and as usual, the spots are hilarious.

Watson obviously has a great sense of humor and these spots only serve to further highlight the comedic chops of the 2012 Masters champ. And now I'm wondering, when does the next Golf Boys video drop?  Speaking of Bubba…

    Caleb Watson Practices For Augusta

Caleb Watson, Bubba's little pride and joy, has been practicing. While he won't be playing in this year's par-3 contest before the Masters, he is getting ready for his chance. Caleb's dad tweeted this little video of his son taking a hack with a pink-shafted driver of his own.

Not too shabby for the little guy. He's got a pretty good teacher, too. And while we're talking about guys with nice golf swings...

    Johnny Golf?

Johnny Manziel's name has been swirling around the media as NFL Draft Day approaches. Everyone knows what "Johnny Football" did during his time at Texas A&M and now the debate is on as to what kind of professional quarterback he'll be. In typical Manziel fashion, though, he seems completely cool with it all, just hanging out at the driving range, working on that swing 'til draft day.

Judging by the swing, if Manziel doesn't pan out in the NFL, he might have a shot to play on the NGA Tour (formerly the Hooters Tour) or something.

The Last Time Tiger Woods Wasn't In the Masters...

    tiger-1994-fringe
In April 1995, Tiger Woods was just a fresh-faced, 18-year-old kid coming off a dramatic win in the U.S. Amateur. He received his first invite to the Masters Tournament, where in typical Tiger fashion, he turned heads, placed T-41 and was the low amateur.

On Tuesday, after much speculation following his withdrawal from the Arnold Palmer Invitational two weeks ago, we learned that Tiger Woods will not compete in the Masters, marking the first time he won't appear in the storied event since 1994. The winner that year was Jose Maria Olazabal.
