Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods Working on a Little Quid Pro Quo?

With Tiger Woods on the shelf, mending his ailing back, you'd think he'd be taking it easy. Nah, not Tiger. Instead of resting, Woods spent Wednesday afternoon at the Deutsche Bank Championship pro-am dinner talking with former President Bill Clinton.

"What a great moment! Last night, Tiger had a chance to catch up with former president Bill Clinton at the #DBChampionship Pro-Am Welcome Party."

There was no audio captured, so it's impossible to know exactly what the two legends were talking about -- but there is plenty of room for speculation!

Who knows? Maybe Woods and Clinton were working out a deal? You donate to my foundation, help get things going here for me this week and I'll play in the Humana Challenge as a tune-up for the 2015 season? Hey, you never know, right?

Woods wasn't the only tour pro Clinton spent time chatting with this week. On Tuesday, Clinton had lunch with current world No. 1 Rory McIlroy in the Hamptons. Clinton and McIlroy were supposed to play golf that day but the round was rescheduled. According to McIlroy, it was because Clinton had "to do something with Hillary."

PGA Tour Caddies Wear Black Hats to Honor Angela Bennett

On Friday, caddies at the Deutsche Bank Championship are honoring their own by wearing black, logo-less hats. The tribute is for Angela Bennett, the wife of Matt Kuchar's longtime caddie Lance Bennett who passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday.

"This is a very difficult time for our family," Bennett said in a statement. "But we appreciate the outpouring of love and support from the caddies, players and entire golf community."

Bennett has asked that donations be made on Angela's behalf to help cure epilepsy.

"Angela was a cherished friend, a wonderful wife and a loving mother who made a major impact on all who were lucky enough to know her," Kuchar said of Angela. "She will be greatly missed."

James Edmondston and Josh Graham, caddies for Ryan Palmer and Scott Stallings, respectively, are close friends with Bennett and are also absent from this week's tournament in order to be with their friend.

Hunter Mahan Teaches You How to Celebrate Like the Pros

You can learn a lot about golf from watching the pros; everyone knows that. If you watch any golf telecast, you'll hear technical things about each player's swing, see high-definition breakdowns of them in slow motion, and possibly even pick up tips for playing particular shots like the pros. But you won't learn how to celebrate like one unless you do some homework.

Lucky for you, Hunter Mahan has a private lesson on just that! Watch as the PGA Tour's most recent winner and FedExCup points leader guides you through an informative video that gives the amateur golfer step-by-step instructions on how to celebrate like a champ:

Why thank you, Hunter. All that will certainly come in handy this weekend when I'm out tooling on my friends.
