Rickie Goes Topless
The first hit of The Fringe today is one for the ladies. PGA Tour heartthrob Rickie Fowler was hanging out with Keegan Bradley and Brendan Steele, "workin' on that sweet golfers tan," and they made sure to document and post the proof to Instagram.
Their relaxed day on the links didn't go unnoticed. Lee Westwood took time out on Twitter to take a bit of a playful jab at Fowler...

The Players Championship Gets A New-Look Playoff
Already considered the fifth major by most, the Players Championship at the famed Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass is getting a major-like playoff system.
— THE PLAYERS (@THEPLAYERSChamp) April 16, 2014
Most events on tour use a sudden-death style playoff to settle tournaments that require extra holes and the Players was no different. Many people didn't like the sudden-death playoff starting at the island green par-3 17th, so the folks at TPC Sawgrass and the PGA Tour decided to include the final three holes in their playoff. A smart move that will give even more of a major feel to a tournament already considered a crown jewel by most on tour.
Eli Manning To Host Blind Golf Tournament
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will be making his eighth appearance as host of the 37th annual Guiding Eyes for the Blind Golf Classic. The Classic was introduced to the two-time Super Bowl champ by 24-time Corcoran Cup (the "Masters" for blind golf) champion and Manning family friend, Patrick W. Browne Jr. The tournament was originally founded by 1964 U.S. Open champion Ken Venturi and over the years has raised more than $8 million for the charity. This year, the event is expected to raise more than $700,000.
The Guiding Eyes for the Blind Golf Classic will take place in June over two days at the Mount Kisco Country Club in Mount Kisco, N.Y., and the Fairview Country Club in Greenwich, Ct.

Bubba Watson Celebrates Win at Waffle House
Bubba Watson is no ordinary golfer. Two of his six career PGA Tour victories have come at Augusta, and he’s now one of 17 players to own multiple green jackets. He hits 45-yard hooks around trees with his wedges, and not to mention, he plays ping pong with his pink Ping driver.
With all that said, Bubba also celebrates victories unlike any other player. Bubba celebrated his second Masters win with a late night trip to a Waffle House, because why not. Read More
Typical John Daly, Teeing Off From a Woman's Mouth
John Daly was in Augusta last week. Not playing, you know, Augusta National – the surprising two-time major winner hasn't earned a start at the Masters since 2006 – but Daly did tee it up.
From a woman's mouth. Yep. Read More
Out Of Bounds
You have to imagine that EVERYONE is sick of the snow and cold by now. With Old Man Winter getting its last blast of cold and snow in most parts of the country in the last day or two, on the heels of a brief but lovely stretch of warmer-than-seasonal temps, most people have the same reaction to the idea of snow as Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah did the other night.
